A Colliers case study project will be used to illustrate gathering space data and addressing unique spaces such as large conference rooms and food service areas. Steps for a possible EPA Energy Sar Building label will be outlined along with the importance of developing a facility utilities master plan that is in concert with NJ’s Energy Master Plan.
