Middle Atlantic Region Of BOMA
The Middle Atlantic Region, better known as MAC or the Middle Atlantic Conference, is comprised of 15 local associations with a combined membership in excess of 3500 members covering 11 states and the District of Columbia, including: Capital Region/Albany, Baltimore, Boston, Greater Buffalo, Greater Hartford, New Jersey, Central New York, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Long Island, New York, Rochester, Southern Connecticut, AOBA/BOMA Washington, D.C. and Westchester County, NY, as well as Members at Large. MAC was founded in 1926 by the BOMA Federations of Baltimore, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. Their mission is to assist Locals and their members maintain strong networks, advocates for the industry, provides educational opportunities and helps members succeed in the real estate industry.

BOMA INTERNATIONAL
The mission of BOMA International is to enhance the human, intellectual and physical assets of the commercial real estate industry through advocacy, education, research, standards and information.
Since its inception, BOMA International has been the premier network of over 16,000 commercial real estate professionals. In North America alone, the membership represents more than nine billion square feet of office space, and includes companies ranging from owners and management firms, to developers, leasing agents, and firms providing the full range of goods and services for the properties.
The organization stays in the forefront of the industry through continued research, topical reporting and data collecting, and legislative, code and regulatory monitoring and lobbying. BOMA publishes several works each year, including the boma.org monthly magazine, the Experience Exchange Report (EER) and the Membership Directory and Buyer’s Guide, as well as maintaining the BOMA sourcebook and boma.org website.
