This unique seminar is designed to explore the keys to developing and communicating a winning image in our professional and personal lives. Paul Petricca, a 30 veteran of the real estate industry, has successfully consolidated and tailored some of the relevant materials from the 10-week MBA class he developed and teaches for this highly interactive presentation. The topics he will cover include:

• Why people like or dislike us
• The first impression
• Choosing the best communication vehicle (when to text, email, call, visit in person, or write a personal note)
• Tips for enhancing relationships through our unique image
• What's your story?

Participants will leave the session invigorated and armed with practical ways to improve their professional and personal relationships.
